+ Montessori Early Childhood Lead Guide
The Montessori Primary Lead Teacher is the lead guide of the Spark Studio, a 3–6 Montessori Primary studio. This role requires a deep knowledge of Montessori philosophy, materials, and methodology, as well as a genuine love for the early childhood years.
The Lead Guide is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the Montessori environment, individualized lesson planning and presentations for each child, ongoing observation and documentation, and coordination with the PD for quality communication with families.
The Lead Teacher also supervises and mentors the Assistant Teacher. This role requires a MACTE-accredited Montessori Early Childhood credential.
This is a full-time position, working 7:30am-3:30pm Mondays through Thursdays, with remote planning on Fridays.
